Shared Ownership

We have affordable, shared ownership homes for sale throughout the East Midlands. In most cases, buyers can rent first through the Rent to Homebuy scheme while they save for a deposit. The property search on the right shows the current developments where we have new homes for sale.

The sale and ongoing management of our shared ownership homes is carried out by the Intermediate Housing Team (IHT) from its office in Nottingham.

We have a dedicated leasehold team within the IHT, which provides after sales and management services to the Association's shared ownership homes. The menu on the left shows the services we provide to our existing shared owners.
